The first of the four-part series "SLIPPIE DON'T SKATE," which depicts a dog living in the city, begins with "It's three a.m.", in which Slippie tries to hunt for a girl in a place like a club.I started drawing this picture from a trivial imagination: "If a dog that pees with one leg raised were personified, what position would it be in the men's restroom?"
The name SLIPPIE comes from the word "slip," and he is depicted as a person who is always making mistakes in the city. In the setting, he just admires skaters, but he can't actually skate. The skateboard deck that he carries around even though he doesn't need it is there as an "excuse" to protect him mentally when he can't fit in with the atmosphere of the club.
